Fimpid Staff Policy
Purpose:
The Fimpid Staff Policy outlines the expectations and guidelines for staff members at Fimpid. Our goal is to maintain a professional and respectful environment while providing excellent service to our members.
1. Reporting Responsibilities:
All staff members are required to report their daily activities to the HR department, owner, or administrator.
Reports should include tasks completed, issues encountered, and any notable achievements or concerns.
Reports must be submitted in a timely manner, preferably at the end of each workday.
2. Prohibited Actions:
Staff members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of server raid or unauthorized deletion of content (nuking) within the Discord server.
Any actions taken within the server must adhere to the established guidelines and rules. Violations will result in disciplinary action.
3. Handling Bans and Timeouts:
If a member is banned or timed out by the owner or administrator, staff members are not authorized to reverse these actions without explicit permission.
Any disagreements or concerns regarding bans or timeouts should be addressed through appropriate channels and resolved professionally.
4. Professional Conduct:
Staff members are expected to maintain a polite and respectful demeanor when interacting with members.
Any disputes or conflicts should be handled with diplomacy and professionalism.
Discriminatory behavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination.
5. Compensation Policy:
As of the current policy, Fimpid staff members are not receiving monetary compensation for their services.
However, opportunities for compensation may arise in the future based on performance and organizational needs.
Working with Grapelabs or Skrypter, will not be acceptable
6. Amendments to Policy:
This policy is subject to change at the discretion of the management.
Staff members will be notified of any updates or amendments to the policy in a timely manner.
7. Ownership of Assets:
Staff members acknowledge and agree that any digital assets, creations, or intellectual property produced during their tenure at Fimpid are the sole property of Fimpid.
This includes, but is not limited to, artwork, graphics, code, written content, and any other materials created in the course of performing their duties.
Staff members waive any claims to ownership or royalties associated with these assets, and they may not use, distribute, or reproduce them outside the scope of their employment without explicit permission from Fimpid management.
8. Non-Disclosure Agreement:
Staff members are bound by a strict non-disclosure agreement and may not share or leak any proprietary information, including but not limited to internal discussions, strategies, or sensitive data, without prior written permission from Fimpid management.
This obligation extends beyond the duration of their employment and remains in effect indefinitely.
Breach of this agreement may result in legal action and termination of employment.
Acknowledgement:
By accepting a role as a staff member at Fimpid, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms outlined in this policy. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of staff privileges.
